adding backslash with apostrophe when paying by checkmoney order

Hello,
Under make payment to for check\money order, the payee has an 's in the wording. When going through payment process this adds a "" so now for example Zen's turns into Zen's. How do I correct this?

Perfect, thanks that worked. I had no idea what exactly you were saying but looked it up, entered in the ' and works!
