1054 Unknown column 'COWOA_account'... with FEC never installed!

Hi

Suddenly customers can't no longer register on one of my site, they receive this error:

1054 Unknown column 'COWOA_account' in 'where clause'
in:
[select count(*) as total from customers where customers_email_address =
'[email protected]' and COWOA_account != 1]

My concern is that i have **never **installed Fast and Easy checkout on this site so i can do nothing to desinstall/fix it, i have this add-on installed on 2 sites on the same server but with totally different database...

My question is how can i fix this error on a site where the add on never existed?

It's probably not possible that you didn't install FEC, or at least part of it, since COWOA_account doesn't appear in any stock Zencart file.
