Template Package Download questions

Hello All;

I hate for my first question to be such a dumb one, but here goes. I've just upgraded to the latest version of zencart (no problems here) but I wanted to change my template theme. I went to the plug-in section of this site and found some very nice ones I'd like to try. However, when I go to download them, I get a message that says I'm "going too fast and have to wait 37 seconds before you download again".

So far I've tried different times of the day, different web browsers, and pretty much everything I can think of to get the download to start. I've also searched the forum and faq's but didn't see anything posted there.

So, what am I doing wrong here ? Its got to be so obvious I can't see it :unsure:

Just a few weeks ago, as I started to download a plug-in, I accidently double-clicked instead of single-clicking at some critical point in the process, and I saw that message. I waited a minute and then carefully single-clicked and all was well. That happened because I have one of my mouse buttons programmed to double-click for me when I click it. Perhaps you're doing the same thing?
