Urgent - search header - please help me!

Hi there,

I am using v1.5.0.
My site is https://www.zimbogini.com. When using the header search box to find "rice", it bring up irrelevant products that have the word "price" in the product descriptions. How do I ensure that my search box does not include the product descriptions. I have browsed through the forums but I cant seem to find an answer that works with my version of Zen.
Please help guys!

Thanks
Sandy

Sandy2012:

Thank you so much! Will give it a shot now.

I did this:
Changed:
$content .= zen_draw_hidden_field('search_in_description', '1') . zen_hide_session_id();
to

$content .= zen_draw_hidden_field('search_in_description', '0') . zen_hide_session_id();

saved it in the same place but my search is still pulling up stuff from the descriptions.
please help

Re: Urgent - search header - please help me!

Go to your Zen Cart Admin and to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ...

In the bottom input box enter:
zen_draw_hidden_field('search_in_description'

select Catalog ... and click SEARCH ...

What comes up?

At least one of those references still has the '1' in it. Perhaps the one your site is using is that particular one.
