adding links to top menu and footer menu

Can anyone tell me how to add my renamed page 2 and page 3 to the top and footer menus? They appear in the site map but I want visible links at the top and bottom of my pages.

My site is http://79.170.40.227/scarletburn.com/

Also is it at all possible to rename the url of the renamed pages? (without using something like Ultimate SEO URLs)

There is a support thread for the template you are using
There they will be able to direct you to the file(s) to add links to
