How to edit Shipping Estimator display?

We have just recently begun selling to customers in the UK and Australia and would like the shipping rate display to reflect this. We're going to be charging them the USPS First Class rate (same as we do for Canada).

I had no trouble at all updating the shipping info page but am having trouble finding where to edit the shipping estimator to display "USPS First Class (US, Canada, UK & Australia)" instead of "US & Canada only" when a customer goes to check out.

Go to your Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter:
Canada Only

and select Catalog and click SEARCH ...

This should give you the file where US & Canada Only are used ...
