Blank page upon creating a account

When I go to checkout it loads a blank page on the create_account page

1.) I have checked the error log, nothing
2.) I have checked the includes/languages/english/create_account.php file for errors
3.) Adjusting the add period cookie in the admin->configuration->sessions
4.) Checked the configure file enable ssl is set to false

Make sure that /logs is writable ... 777 or 755 depending on your server ...

Make sure when you look in /logs that you do a refresh on your FTP to see what is current in there ...

Thank you so much! somehow the cache folder wasn't 777 anymore, changed et now, I have something to work with!
