can I link an ez-page to show a specific category?

I would like to link an ez-page to show a category of products. For ex: "clothing" is a category, and the ez-page link is on the main navigation, can I show the "clothing" products using that, or do I need to do something else?

Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated...

You have used the ez-page header link to point to an ez-page (with blank content); what you want is an "internal link". Leave the textbox totally blank (not even a space) and go to the bottom of the page to add your link destination per the instructions there.
