Wonder with meta-tags files, HELP ME!

Hello,

I put the meta tags description, contents and keywords in meta_tags.php

Check Screenshot below:

Attachment 11412

But why in Google I see different content

Check screenshot below:

Attachment 11413

Can any one help me how can I show this message in Google "Stratus Bags - Fine Quality Product" instead of "Stratus. Shopping Bag (0) · Log In / Sign up · COLLECTION · BACKPACKS · DUFFELS · LAPTOP CASES · ACCESSORIES · ABOUT · STOCKISTS ..."

Need to fix asap :(
