new pages don't appear in Define Pages editor

Should they? I have renamed page_2.php to "terms" and followed the Wiki instructions to create a new page called terms.php. Loaded all the new stuff, but page cannot be found, and does not appear in Define Pages Editor dropdown. Should it? Am I missing something here?

Get the "About US" plugin and follow all the files/edits - approx eight total to effectively create a new define page

I use the Define Pages Generator with v1.51 - does what the About Us mod does, in an instant
