Re: admin acces after upgrade on offline suse server

How have you upgraded?
If you have applied an older DB to the new install then previous user & pass is present

i can no longer access the admin section.
What do you mean by "no longer access"?
Does your screen turn yellow and the speakers play a doomsday song?
Do you get an error message?
Does the admin login screen load? What does it say?
When you submitted the last known password, what happened? Any message appear?
If you're not receiving the reset email, then perhaps your localhost server isn't set up to do email relaying, so no emails are sent.
What articles did you read when you searched the FAQs area for answers on the topic of "password reset"? What happened when you followed those directions?
