Issue with the navigation bar.. "About Us and Service Tab"

I have been spending countless hours and nights trying to figure out how to edit the "About Us" tab on the Menu bar. It shows the default:
"Welcome to our Store!

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Etiam interdum feugiat ipsum vehicula sollicitudin. Integer sed lacus eget risus consectetur ullamcorper. Pellentesque rutrum ullamcorper faucibus. Nam porttitor iaculis enim, mattis tristique velit tristique bibendum. Aliquam porta nisl tortor, non luctus justo. Nam tincidunt dui vel mauris tincidunt posuere. Phasellus rhoncus elit et lorem sodales ullamcorper,"

information. I unclear how to edit or even remove this information. The same goes for the default Service Tab. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
