Getting 403 errors everytime I try to make admin updates

Just updated this site.. it's been a LOOOOONG journey (been up ALL night doing the data conversion from hell to convert their custom inventory add-on's data) This is the one last thing to bite me in the a$$.. I can't make any admin updates without getting this error..

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /mysupersecretadmin/layout_controller.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have searched but don't see much that would give me an idea as to how to fix this.. Hoping one of the super brains here can tell me what my sleep deprived brain is missing..

I REALLY am sleep deprived.. The issue was something simple, and the fix is not worth sharing as I doubt ANYONE would ever have the same issue for the same reasons.. ()Plus I'm WAY too tired to type out what happened and what I did to fix it..)

Can the admins PLEASE delete/disregard this post..

I am getting a 403 error with 3 admin menus: They are flexible footer, edit orders and numinix extra fields. I have just tried to upgrade a site to 1.5.5f and install the westminster new template. Everything is fine locally but on the live server I get the error no access on server 403 code.

I suspect i have missed something and / or done something very simple if anyone has any ideas that would be great. All other menus are working fine.

Okay I think I must be as tired as DivaVocals was. Found the issue. Very simply missing files. Not sure why they did not get copied across properly but now they are there of course they work. LOL.
