Show right hand column on certain pages only

Hi,

I am using version 1.3.9 h, working on https://www.test.betparagon.com. I want to make use of the Rewards Points add on for credits / refunds, and I would like this side box and my categories side box only to show on the Account pages and check out, but hidden from all other pages. How can I achieve this?

With a look at the FAQ, I have found this thread ...
