yes, it`s clean things out ..and i start to add again names for values and the situation became the same like earlier when i want to add some values :(

Go to the Option Name manager and add an Option for:
Color

and select on the type:
Dropdown

Now go to the Option Value manager ....

Notice how you see the Option Name:
Color

but not your Option Names that are set as Option Type: TEXT ... this is because Option Names that are TEXT do not have Option Values ... because they are TEXT they do not need an Option Value ...

Things like Dropdowns and Radiobuttons do need Option Values ...
