Does USPS mod filter International FirstClass & FlatRate value >$400
Does the USPS module filter/remove the first class and small flat rate options shown to customers when package value is greater than or equal to $400?
I just got my hand slapped for using first class and small flat rate/Large video O-1096L packaging for international orders greater than $400. You are not supposed to be able to complete the customs forms for those packages but a Stamps.com software bug allows it to be done.
If not, suggestions for code to do this would be appreciated. Especially if the code could drop into the "RateV4 - IntlRateV2" mod.
