Upgrade from 1.5 to 1.5.1 makes my admin menu disappear
I have just upgraded an installation from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 and in the admin section my main configuration menu has disappeared. The 'Admin Home', 'Online Catalog' and Version menus are there but the menu below that is missing.
When I click on Version I get the message below and I also notice it gives me a split version at the bottom of the page e.g. Zen Cart v1.5.1/v1.5.0 which suggests to me that some of the files may be mixed up, or not loaded?

Any pointers where to start would be most appreciated. I just uploaded a clean version of 1.5.1 since my custom template has lost the attributes like size and colour which work in the default template, but I doubt that relates to this missing menu issue.
