can the taxcloud addon be tested within local wamp development server??

Referring to this addon: State Sales Tax Lookup Addon

can it be used/tested within a local wamp server with internet access??
or only on a live/production server??

Hello Tom, the TaxCloud add-on only needs to be able to connect to the TaxCloud server. So it can be on a local development server or a live site.
