leave quantity blank but not have 'Sold Out' be displayed

Is it possible when entering products to leave the quantity field empty, blank or 0. And then NOT have the 'Sold Out' image be displayed to the customer??,

thanks in advance for help w/ this.

Admin - Configuration - Stock - Show Sold Out Image in place of Add to Cart
