how to set page to the main page

I have the v150 zencart, I cannot find the admin->Config
I want set up a product page to the main page(front page)
How can I do,
I have the 1.38a before, it is in the Admin->Configuration
where is location for the V1.5

That has not changed at all. It will still be in Configuration > Layout Settings >
Categories - Always Show on Main Page
and
Main Page - Opens with Category.

If you can't find admin > Configuration, you have a much bigger problem, probably missing files in your installation.

fortunately I can just type the file name than it shows
I just type admin/configuration.php?gID=1 (1-32)
it shows the menus. but still cannot find "Configuration" in the menu bar

If you are not getting the Configuration dropdown, you are definitely missing some file or database settings/info. Other people will be better able to advise on details of diagnosing and fixing this.

Did you do an Upgrade or a Clean Install?

Could you look at your database table:
admin

via phpMyAdmin and browse the admin table and see what your setting is for:
admin_profile

is it set to 1 ...
