Change appearance of Record Companies sidebox

I would like to have the record companies sidebox list all the record companies without the customer having to scroll but still clickable. Is this possible?

Now I'm hoping to clean that up some. I need to remove the scroll bar which is not needed as well as the word "reset" at the top.
