I can't modify the width of the template

I've modified #mainWrapper in the stylesheet to 200px and 100% and several other variations and the width of the shop/template does not change at all. I've also refreshed my browser's cache and searched through the archives here.

Can anyone help?

Please disregard... there is a network cache running on my webserver. What are they thinking?
