Modules menu in admin show HEADING_TITLE page when changing language (II)

I have exactly the same problem reported here:

If someone could tell me which files are involved with these Admin pages (Modules), I really would appreciate.

It only happens when I change the language from English to Portuguese and vice versa.

I have ZC 1.5.1.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I've read that. It's rather vague, because it doesn't say which files are involved in each case.

Though, my language files in the admin folder are the same (duplication of the default English), since I don't use any translation in Admin Panel... might this be the problem?
