Cart No Longer Working: blank page

My cart is no longer progressing from shipping to payment, just returns a blank page. No php errors are logging on my host's server.

Recent upgrades include:

  1. Site Mapping/submission add on.
  2. Super Edits (was stable after that).

Was wondering if there are any known changes to PayPal, etc. I know that vendors' (USPS, PayPal, etc.) changes get made and often the first we know of them is when they break our sites.

Any errors in your root directory under Logs????

I am getting a 403 error when I select the link from my file manager and when I manually type the URL.

How do I access it??

I hate to be dense but "with my FTP program?" There are two index files one html and the other php. When I read the code in each there's not much there other than header and body tags.

Can you give me some idea what I should be seeing??

I meant that you would use your FTP program to look in the /logs folder for the error log files haredo referred to. Those will tell us what's causing your blank page problem.

Well, the planets have aligned and the cart healed its own sweet self. ARGH but grateful, in any event.
