Developers Toolkit, looking for Constant 'TITLE' for page title

At first glance, not too crazy with this page. How should i know what the constants are named?

I did a search for 'TITLE' in both 'Lookup Constant' also 'Lookup All' but suprisiingly nothing came up (?)
i'm trying to change the home page title that appears in the browser title bar,
any know where this could be found. I am reading the manual by the way, ;-)

big thanks
