Information Section and define pages

Hello. So I would like to figure out how to add or remove to the "information" section of my page.

Here is an image to show what I mean (red square with red arrow)

I tried busting out my notepad and saving what i wrote as defined_returnpolicy.php and place it into
/marginofero/includes/languages/english/html_includes/custom .

I know how to edit existing pages in the define pages editor, but I don't know how to make new page or remove from the information section.

I searched and I found this http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?203317-Adding-more-pages&highlight=define , but it is only for making new page and the plugin for a "define page generator" is quite old.

Get the about us plugin and review the edits and files required to add a new page and have it show up

Also, for existing pages have you tried
admin > config > define page status

To remove the links ...

Configuration->Define Page Status will get you the majority ...

To remove "Gift Certificate FAQ": Modules->Order Total, remove Gift Certificates
To remove "Newsletter Unsubscribe": Configuration->Email Options, set Display "Newsletter Unsubscribe" Link to 'false'
