Multiple Flat Rate Shipping Options

Is there a module out there to have multiple flat rate shipping options? I am running the latest version of Zen Cart and have spotted something similar in 1.3.9, but was hoping for at least 1.5.

I am needing the ability for the user to have multiple options:

• 1st Class - $4.99
• Priority - $6.99
• Next Day - $15.99

ALSO - Is there a module out there, if the customer was an international customer (anything except US), then to provide other shipping costs?

And you could look at ZONE TABLES module (free add-ons) for international customers.
