countless passwords, yet, I cant login... I need assistance asap;

I think so, Im getting the "temp" password sent to the correct email...?
and it USED to work....
on the store admin panel ... any suggestions on how to find if there is another admin panel for the site?

there will only be one store admin login area.

then it's via your store admin page only. Are you definitely getting user and password right?

the user name has to be reight (?) to get the temp PW - correct?

and have copied and pasted and manually entered the temp password -

Do you know which version of Zen cart you're running? Zen Cart v1.5.0 introduced a more sophisticated way to prevent admin-login slamming. Essentially, once you tried to enter an invalid password 6 times for a given admin userid your store's database is updated to disallow any login attempt on that userid for 30 minutes.

Chill, have a glass of wine, wait for 30 minutes and then re-attempt your login using the most recent temporary password that you were sent by the admin.

try logging in using a different browser. Does your browser remember passwords?

I got it!! thank you - I was able to contact webmaster and she fixed it!

NOW, under payments, there used to be a place for Credit Card, client would enter CC info for manual processing; and info was safe, and payment came in two separate emails;
and I cant figure out how to turn it on....?
