Error: WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again

Hello,

I get this error after I created a test category with a test product, placing that product into the shopping cart and going to check out (checkout_shipping). Same thing happens when I click on the shipping estimator. I also tried to checkout with one of the products that are in the catalog (not a test product).

I installed this using cart simplescripts. This does have a custom template for the design, so don't know if that would affect the way it functions.

Manually install ZenCart

A simple search for "WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again" (the error message you pasted here) in the FAQs brings up this article as the first result: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?311-warning-an-error-occurred-please-refresh-the-page-and-try-again

And a forum search for the same message brings up several threads pointing to the same article.
