stock by attributes multi - no selector on admin page

Installed stock by attributes multi version on V1.5.0, and there is no selector for the Stock by Attributes feature on Admin Home page, Catalog tab. At first glance it seems to be missing database in table zen_admin_pages, and I find no sql that would add an entry. Help

same problem. but with 1.5.1. Also noticed that the file structure isn't the same. was designed for 1.3.8 so i'll assume no one updated it and for now... we're SOL
