Additional Customer Registration Fields?

I am new to ZC and have installed and configured ZC so far just fine. With the help of other users here I have been directed how to bulk create our customers from a csv file (Thanks again!).
We have several fields that are required for new customer registration. As the site sells to health care practitioners only, the fields ask questions about licensing, certificates etc.
Is there a way in 1.5.1 to add extra registration fields to the registration page? I have done a search of the forums and found the thread for 1.3.9 where it appears the author of the plugin is suspended and there were significant warnings about the plugin anyway (but it was not for 1.5.1 to begin with). I have seen a lot of the same question asked, but haven't found an answer yet.
I am somewhat comfortable with programming and sql, but I don't have an idea what pages would need edited etc.

I haven't used it, but it indicates that it's for 1.3.9 and 1.5.0 ...

That looks like it should work. Question: it says for 1.5.0 - will it work for 1.5.1? I am guessing so, but thought I should ask.

I haven't looked to see, but based on the title and description of the plugin I believe it will be just fine for v1.5.1.

Nope. Didn't work. The extra fields show up in the admin console, but not on the registration page. I didn't have a lot of time to look at it to see if I could figure out why. I will look at it more tomorrow.
If you have a thought as to where I should look first, please let me know.

Ok, - my mistake. I missed something in the install. It is working fine now. I just wasn't careful enough :)
