seo cache DOESNT EXIST error

Hey Everyone!
Not to sure what has happened to our site running zencart 1.39h.

I get the following error at https://www.gelcandecompay.com

1146 Table 'gelcand1_gcc138h.seo_cache' doesn't exist
in:
[DELETE FROM seo_cache WHERE cache_expires <= '2013-01-04 10:19:21']

I did try to repair and reorganize the structure but still this error.
Any thoughts about this?

Best asked not in general questions but in the support thread for what ever seo url rewriter you are using

If you are running an older version of "Ultimate SEO URLs" please read this thread: "http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?89625-1146-Tables-error-after-installing-ultimate-SEO-URLs&p=1159245#post1159245".

Note: If your hosting provider updated MySQL recently you will need to update to a newer version of the plugin or modify the lines mentioned in the thread. This issue does not occur with the current version.
