API Verification with Paypal and becaberry template

I have a third party shopping cart with zen cart and am trying to set up the connection/API through paypal. Paypal swears it is zen cart's issue and that my API signature, username, password need to match up to be able to accept payments.
Where on the templates do I find this so I can connect the final dots on my website to go live and start taking payments for products sold?

I have followed these directions four times now and still get this in my zen cart payment module
"PayPal Express Checkout NOT CONFIGURED YET"

Then also add here a copy of all the settings you've selected in your Express Checkout module. It sounds like you've selected "Payflow" instead of "PayPal" for some unknown reason.

1. Sign up for your PayPal account - click here.

2. Ensure you have entered the appropriate security data for username/pwd etc, below.

3. In your PayPal account, enable Instant Payment Notification:
   under "Profile", select Instant Payment Notification Preferences
   click the checkbox to enable IPN
   if there is not already a URL specified, set the URL to:
   http://66.147.240.170/~frontpo5/ipn_main_handler.php
   Requirements:
   *CURL is used for bidirectional communication with the gateway, so must be active on your hosting server (if you need to use a CURL proxy, set the CURL proxy settings under Admin->Configuration->My Store.)

Is your "API Signature-Password" field actually blank? If so, you need to fill that in with the correct information from your PayPal API details.

Also, you'll have (different) problems if you continue to use your store with an IP address instead of a proper domain name.

No it is not blank. It has the stars in it. WHat should the proper domain be? My actual url for the store?

And where do I find this?

Actually I have that enabled- did that last night

You will only get the "NOT YET CONFIGURED" message when the API "signature AND password AND username" are not ALL filled in.
The info you posted above shows stars for the signature, but blank for the password. If any of those are blank, then you'll get the message you quoted.

Why do you have your store configured to use http:// 66.147.240.170/~frontpo5 instead of http:// frontporchromance.com ?

That's not the cause of your "NOT YET CONFIGURED" message, but it's definitely an indication that your store isn't ready to go live yet.
