Dynamic image rotation

Using 1.5.1 Zen

Has anyone seen a slide show that uses Zen Cart's data base; so you show images, show corresponding description, prices and etc.

Querying the whole products database would be quite heavy. A potential start point is this Scrolling Featured Sidebox (http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=544). That way the queries are limited to the featured products table.
