Website dissappeared

Hi All

I set up this website about 3 years ago, and due to a falling out with the site owner I haven't done anything to it since then, no updates, backups, security issues.

I think it was 4.8a?

Anyway, I have been contacted by the site owner to fix a small problem, the problem being that the site has dissappeared. I am guessing that the site has dissappeared because it has not been updated, but if someone could have a look and advise I would be greatful.

The current Zencart version is 1.5.1, so you probably had 1.3.8a. that version is susceptible to hacking, so it may have been hacked. Do you have access to the files on the server using FTP ? Does his admin work ?

I can view the files on cPanel. I can back up on cPanel too. I can't access the admin through the browser, this is the error message I am getting when I go to the admin login page-
Deprecated: Function ereg() is deprecated in /home/brits/public_html/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 177

There is about 30 lines of the above message and about 2000 of the message below-
Deprecated: Function ereg() is deprecated in /home/brits/public_html/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 412

You REALLY need to upgrade, not only to get to a version that's designed for your new PHP version, but also to get the security fixes that deal with the serious security problem found in v1.3.8a.

But you REALLY need to upgrade. Merely patching it STILL LEAVES YOU VULNERABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
