Why is my LOGO.jpeg file not loading in the Banner

As one can tell I am a NEWBIE to the ZenCart Geeks. I have to date the template version of ZC that was sold to me and I have uploaded thru my FTP the ZC version of 1.5.0 this is working for me as I am new to this. I have however an issue that is dogging me and that is that my newly created (professionaly created) LOGO and it is not being loaded to my website. I am sure there is a simple solution to this and would like some HELP PLEASE?

I'm seeing the 'MANSTORE" logo at the top of your pages. Is this the one that isn't working for you, or do you have another that should be showing instead?

You might want to search the forum for Template Monster. This is just the beginning of problems to come with their template.

That particular TM template was outdated before I started coming to this forum 8 years ago. Please do yourself a favor and try one of the free templates here instead, especially those by Picaflor Azul:

Thank you for your reply, Yes! the "MANSTORE" logo at the top of the page I am not able to change and yet I have gone to >includes>templates>12541>images/... and uploaded my new "logo.jpeg" and as asked "do I wish to overwrite the existing file" of course [Yes] and does not load when I refresh the website.
Does this help you, understand where I am at!

Change your new logo's name to "logo.jpg" (no 'e') then upload it again to the same location ( includes/templates/12541/images/ )

You'll probably need to clear/refresh your browser cache before you'll see the new logo.
