EZ Pages/Define Pages Editor HELP

Hi guys, I'm really having trouble getting EZ Page or Define Pages Editor to work. I have created a new page on my site which is working fine. However Either the Define Pages Editor is not working, or EZ Page isn't working.

I just wish to paste some content into that page with either EZ page or DPE. :no:

That isn't a standard Zencart page. Does the reward points mod create a new define page or EZ page ?

errr dont know tbh, I have created a define page for it called define_reward_points, I made an EZ page, or so I believe which as a link to that particular page.
