Can I have a shopping cart hover?

Is there any Plug-in or modify which files can achieve the function when the mouse hover the shopping cart at header then it shows the shopping information?

starting at post #133. I don't think the CSS styling rules to make it a dropdown are mentioned in that thread, but that part would be very simple once you have the product info displaying.
