I uploaded to the store dir the admin folder and its contents. Ran the SQL script, and changed the permissions on the uploads folder. However when the instructions say go to Tools > Export Shipping/Order Information, I get stuck as I do not have that option under Tools? Any help here would be appreciated. Trying to export all of my customers orders and information to import into my new shopping cart.

Make sure you change the admin folder name to the custom admin folder name you are using.

I just uploaded the admin folder to the admin section. It said here:

Install / Ugrade:

1. Upload the entire contents of the "admin" folder to your website. All directories are
   already named for you and there are no files to overwrite so it should be easy.
   NOTE: If you changed the name of your "admin" directory to something else, then upload
   to that directory.
