Help with constant contact module

First thing is I have cart v1.5
Does anyone know if the constant contact module(ccm from now on) is compatible with this version
If so my question is why would the module not be showing up under the config in the admin have reinstalled and still nothing
I am trying to add this for a client and can not figure out why it wont show under the config PLEASE HELP

It doesn't appear to be compatible with version 1.5X. You might contact the Constant Contact people.
