how to change mouse-on to view to mouse click to view?

first of all, apologize for I'm not familiar with coding so I'm not sure if I express in the correct way, but hoping you will understand what I'm talking about.

my question is: how to change mouse-on to view to mouse click to view?

in this page, when my mouse is over SHIPPING tab details of shipping info show up automatically without a mouse click. BUT, I would like to see details of shipping info via a mouse-click instead of automatically show up.

can some one show me how to code it? thank you!

Your page template is using javascript to handle the tab changes, so someone who is good with js should be able to guide you to a relatively minor change in behavior coding (using onClick instead of onMouseover).
