Create extra upload page after adding to cart

Hello,
I searched a lot but coundn't find an answer on my question. Is it possible to create an extra page between the product info page and the cart? I want the user to add the product to his cart, then become on a page were he/she can upload images and text, and after that go to the cart?
Anyone? Thanks!

By adding "upload" as an attribute uou can allow upload on the product page

I understand, but my question is whether it is possible to add an extra page with that upload button after you push the add to cart button...

One would have to write the code and the page code to do so
