Is this a good price for a datafeed module?

Hi all,

I have found a company that tells me they can install a mod that will automatically take the wholesalers datafeed and configure it and upload to my site everyday including pictures they want $425 is this a good price?

IS that a one time fee? What exactly are they uploading like how many products are we talking about and how hard is the database (data feed) structure? how accurate will the data be?

I know of people that pay $2000/month for data feed, so it all depends on difficulty and complication of data.
