Sales not registering
In the last 24 hours, I have had two sales that were completed by customers where both of them paid via paypal and the sales are not showing up in my site sales.... I am not missing any sales transactions in the daily list. The sale just does not show up in my sales.
Any ideas? Right now, I am having to contact the customer, find out what they purchased and then run another transaction....this has worked to get their sales into the system. I did look in my paypal account and everything there looks normal...
