how do i find the main menu to edit the website

i saved the links to edit my zen cart but when i follow them to try and do something all i get is a blank page with the writing, how do i find the admin page to start editing the site. these links worked before when someone spent over 8 hours changing the template for me but for some reason they dont now. any ideas??

please no unhelpful comments about buy the book, ive bought the book and its no help for this problem whatsoever!!! i just need to know how to find my website admin page. i took on this zen cart as its supposed to be 'great for beginners' and 'easy to use' but have to say it isnt 'easy' at all unless you know how to write code

I don't know how to write code, but have no problem configuring Zencart.

If I understand your question, you would access your admin by pointing your browser to oldstaffcrafts.co.uk/YOUR_ADMIN_FOLDER_NAME. When you installed Zencart you were prompted to change the name of the admin folder to some other name of your choice.
