which PHP files outputs this: ?main_page=index&cPath=6_13 ...??

I'm trying to add a DIV next to cat. image at this URL

index.php?main_page=index&cPath=6_13

i've tried tpl_index_categories.php, in a couple of diff directories but i don't see my
div being rendered.

which PHP file outputs that content??,

big thanks in advance.
