New domain admin will redirect

hello, I am loaded a new domain using 1.5, when i redirected the admin page, it seems like my install redirects to the main domain admin page. it seems like my issue is in the redirect.

I followed the directions from version 1.3 as to renaming the admin folder. there were some redirects to the config files.

Are you running Zen Cart 1.3.x or 1.5.x? If you are really running 1.3.8 you need to upgrade now! If you are running Zen Cart 1.5.x was it an upgrade?

If you are running Zen Cart 1.3.x or upgraded without generating new configure.php files, you need to go through the configure.php files and replace the old admin folder name with the new admin folder name. See how do i rename my admin folder. Otherwise you'll see the redirect you describe.

????? Care to provide more details? It is probably a matter of misunderstanding the terminology, but as written, this sentence doesn't make a great deal of sense. :(

well, for one domain that it was meant for, yes. but for another site. it will redirect incorrectly

Post the contents of both of your configure.php files (copy their contents directly from the server) xxing out sensitive data for the one that is not working

But nowhere on that page is there any mention of a 'redirect'.

I'm confused. :( If there is any 'redirection' going on, it has nothing to do with the configure.php files.

Again, this may just be a matter of misunderstanding the terminology, but I still can't make much sense in what you are trying to say, and I don't think I'm alone.:(
