v1.3.8a and Apache 2.0 -- Any Issues to be Concerned With Here?

I have Zencart 1.3.8a running with Apache 1.3.42. The hosting company has informed that they are planning to upgrade the server to Apache 2.0 in the near future.

Are there any issues lurking in Zencart 1.3.8a while running with Apache 2.0?

Thanks!!

Tom

Wow, thats impressive, I thought Apache 1.3.42 was already extinct :) , 1.38 will run fine on apache 2. But as they are updateng, the hosting company will probably also update their php version. ZC 1.38 won't run on php 5.3 and above.

And as you probalby know running ZC1.38 is like playing with fire. you should upgrade ASAP to at least ZC 1.39h.

Not that i know of, but Zencart version 1.5.1, which you should upgrade to as soon as you possibly can, for security reasons, requires Apache 2.X.

Thanks for the feedback! Yep...this thread is the result of some planning I'm doing for the 1.3.8a --> 1.5.1 upgrade!

Onward!
