Numinix Fedex and FedEx.com Server Not Responding

Two days ago, my FedEx shipping estimator stopped working on my site. On checkout, rather than showing FedEx transit times and the ability to select a method, I now get a message that says "Sorry, the FedEx.com server is currently not responding, please try again later."

Here's what I've done (and to no avail) to remedy this problem:

1. Uninstalled & Reinstalled Numinix FedEx Module (1.4.2)
2. Reverted all site code to a backup made a week before the issue started.
3. Contacted FedEx to ensure they are receiving and sending data
4. Contacted my webhost to ensure no changes have been made (Geekhost has been great.)
5. Used a new account and meter number
6. Repaired and Optimized DB

No other changes have been made to my site. Anyone else ever run into this or have any ideas? I'm losing sales and in a panic!

Probably good to set up some flat-rate or table-rate shipping options so your customers can continue purchasing while you sort out the problem with your FedEx mod.

Resolved. A difficult weekend, though.

Geekhost narrowed this down to a bug with Soap, PHP 5.3.20 & 21 with BSD.

Site had to be moved to another server.

Wow, that's a challenging combination of settings to narrow down to.

I came across this thread. Am trying to set up a FedEx module in Zen cart that shows up in the estimator and works with Shiprush. Could you tell me what you used for FedEx? Which add-on? national and international? I'd appreciate the help. Am trying to get an answer all day. Thank you much.

any help? I still need to set up FedEx in Zen Cart... urgently .. for regular FedEx shipping like ground, priority etc. national and international... which module is working if any? The Numinix? There seem to be problems with it. WHAT are you using for FedEx? Some of you must have it working.
