How Do I Make The "Buy Now" Button Go Away For Just One Item?

How do I get rid of the "Buy Now" and "Add This To Your Cart" buttons for JUST ONE item on a shopping cart? I don't want to mess with any of the other items.

Thanks!!

Change its product type to #3 by running the following query in Admin->Tools->SQL Patch:```
update products set products_type=3 where products_id=400;

That'll set it to "Document-General", which has add-to-cart feature disabled on it.

Okay, I did as you recommended. It did get rid of the pricing information in the screen where I enter the document information, but those two buttons are still showing up on the shopping cart. How can I make them go away?

Admin->Catalog->Product Types ... click on Document-General, then on the Edit Layout button. Is the checkbox for "Allow product to be added to cart?" unchecked? It should be unchecked when looking at the Document-General product type. Unchecked is the default setting.

why not put a div with an id around them and hide that with a css stylesheet for that one product?
